By monitoring the staff the operations team can review the service provided and be aware of any staffing issues and deal with them promptly and efficiently. The timecard system also provides the cleaning staff the opportunity to alert the operations team to any site problems for instance stock shortages, equipment failure or enquiries from the client by leaving a message for the operations department.
