Shipshape cleaning utilise an Automated Timecard System for their employees this monitors the actual time spent on site providing the cleaning service for our clients, the benefit to the customers is the insurance of staff presence for the contracted hours on site. By monitoring the staff the operations team can review the service provided and be aware of any staffing issues and deal with them promptly and efficiently. The timecard system also provides the cleaning staff the opportunity to alert the operations team to any site problems for instance stock shortages, equipment failure or enquiries from the client by leaving a message for the operations department.

Sarah Celebrates 5 years service at Shipshape Cleaning
Monday, November 28th, 2011On Monday 21st November, Sarah Elton our Business Development Manager, celebrated 5 years working for Shipshape Cleaning Company.
When Sarah joined the company, she was Office Administrator and the company was located at Basepoint at the end of Lincoln Road. Since then, the company has had a change of location to Anglo Office Park, a New Website, a New Brochure, Safe Contractor & ISO Accreditations, the Introduction of the Automated Timecard System, to name a few of the changes we have had in 5 years.
Sarah’s role has evolved since she started in 2006, and now Sarah manages Sales & Marketing for the company and is Shipshape’s Health & Safety Manager.
Dawn Parkes – Managing Director, presented Sarah with her 5 years service certificate, an engraved carriage clock, boxed pen and flowers.
Sarah is presented with her 5 year service certificate, and goodies!!!
We also enjoyed some chocolate cake too.

Site of Month – September
Monday, September 26th, 2011The cleaning team at Icon Clinical Research (UK) Limited have been awarded ‘Site of the Month’ for September.
Congratulations Michelle, Hannah, Adrian, Saleem, Sabry, John and Maria, you have worked extremely hard and achieved a great result. Thank you for all of your efforts.

New Shipshape Brochures
Monday, May 10th, 2010We are always looking at ways to market to potential customers, some like to receive an email link to our fantastic website, however, we acknowledge that some people like to receive our literature and company information through the post.
After we had redesigned our website last summer, we decided that our brochure needed a revamp too. We had designed our website in such a way that it developed our corprate brand and we created a theme running through its pages.
Using the our design ideas from the website, we have started from scratch and created a new brochure that also reflects our corporate brand.
We held off producing them earlier on in the year due to an imminent office move and we also wanted them to include all our current accrediations.
We are very pleased with our resulting new Shipshape Cleaning brochure and we will happily send one out to you on request.
