We would like to announce that Shipshape Cleaning’s employee of the Year for 2011 is Debby Lamari.

Debby started working for Shipshape 2 years ago as a cleaner at Informatica, within a team of 4 cleaners. After a short period of time we recognised Debby’s potential and she was made Team Leader. Last year Debby was promoted to Site Supervisor. She has done a terrific job on a busy site and her team have been most supportive.

Debby received gift vouchers and joined the head office team for our annual Christmas dinner which took place this year at Missenden Abbey. Congratulation and well done Debby, it is a much deserved award.
