Shipshape Cleaning has years of experience of builders clean projects.  Our Cleaning Site Managers are CSCS registered and First Aid Trained.

We can cover developments in Bucks, Berks, Oxon, Surrey and London.

We can quote off the development plans or by a site visit.  We can provide a total cost of the cleaning for your project.  The price would include all the cleans required, from initial builders cleans on each plot to a reclean after the first round of snagging to sparkle cleans and pre-occupation cleans.  Pricing will be clear and can be broken down into cleans for clarity and to work within your budget for cleaning.

Additional services can be included, such as:

- Window Cleaning – both builders clean and recleans if required

- Fascias, Soffit & Gutter cleaning

- Cleaning of all the communal areas, cycle stores, car ports, bin stores etc, etc.

- Landscaping of external areas on the development

We have extensive experience in managing projects from apartment buildings to multi-million pound mansions, and everything in between!

Our tender documentation includes our cost for the project, a site specific risk assessment, method statement, our insurance details, our Terms of Business, Health & Safety information and our environmental policy.
